This cell can be equipped with a single robot (or two robots on request) and is supplied with a complete set of security features.

This cell is provided as a roll door version only.

Adaptive software plus the high-speed drives of ABB positioners enable rapid changeovers and high productivity.

Fumehood - helps to ensure higher cell safety and extraction of fumes generated during welding
HMI and Flexpendant
Roll door - a protective feature that ensures the safety of the operator in the loading zone
Safety fencing - prevents unauthorized access to the robot work space

Workpiece Positioner A - the positioner IRBP A, supplied in three variants, is designed to handle workpieces, including fixture, of a weight up to 750 kg.
Welding wire pack - 250 kg package of welding wire to deliver continuous welding
